I'm getting started out in rental arbitrage and wondering if there's anyplace online that's set up to connect property owners with people looking to rent out apartments to sublease.

Seems like most folks getting into rental arbitrage spend quite a bit of time in reaching out to property owners and convincing them to allow subleasing in their rental contracts, meanwhile property owners pay fees to property managers and don't get the perks of having another party who has genuine interest in the well-being of their property looking after it. Is there anyplace where homeowners can connect with people in the arbitrage business?
