Fence Painter in South Denver?

Hi, not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but I am looking for someone to powerwash & stain a fence at a SFR I own in Parker. I'm thinking I should be able to find someone to do this for $15-20/hr labor. Anyone have recommendations? Thanks
