Denison Texas single family rental property managers

I own two single family homes in Denison Texas and need to find someone that is interested in buying them from me or managing them as rentals for me to hold on to for the next few years.  I live in Utah and have rentals in Ohio and Washington state and am looking to add Denison Texas to the list of places where I own rentals.
