Best Insurance Policy for Owner Occupied 4-Plex

Hello,

I am purchasing a property in Mid-Missouri. The property is a 4-plex. I will be living in one of the units and renting out the remaining units. I am running into some issues with insuring the property. I have been receiving quotes around the $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 range. This cost will  result in the deal not producing good enough cash flow to make it worth while. Does anyone have any tricks, advice or recommendations to lower this cost to more of the $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 range? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time!
