Multifamily Plan would like help.

I'm new to REI I only own one duplex at the moment. With my current job I can afford to buy one maybe two rental properties each year. I'm getting ready to buy a Triplex this year.

My plan is to buy 1 or 2 properties each year for hopefully the next five years at least. I also plan on only using cash flow from the properties for maintenance, upkeep or down payments.

I would like some honest feedback to this plan and also some different strategies to take in to consideration. I'm anxious to find out what other investors think and are doing to grow there business.

Thanks in advance
