Finding Quality Renters

Hello,

I live in GA and and I have a primary residence I live in that I am trying to fill in vacant bedroom. I have one bedroom that I have been trying to rent out for a year (had this property for a year). I found very first roommate, and unfortunately it didn't work out and had to evict her for not paying rent on time and using illegal substances. I found a second tenant couple months ago (7 month after first one left) who seemed very responsible, and she gave me less than 30 days notice. Needless to say, for this bedroom, I haven't had much luck renting it out and I was wondering if anyone can share their strategies in finding a great roommate. I do a standard screening process. I require roommates to go through credit and background checks. Any help is appreciated so I can find tenant quickly for this bedroom.
