Property management organization?

I recall a BP podcast guest saying that a management company should be a member of X organization.  A professional membership. But can't find that podcast and can't recall the organization.  Anyone have that info?  Thx!

    Don't worry about any organizations.  That pretty much means they pay dues to someone.  A referral from a trusted source is much more meaningful.

    NARPM is probably what you are looking for. It can be argued its worth it or not, just like NAR, and all the 100+ other acronym organizations that like to siphon dues. Some do great things for their industries, others, no so much.
