Billings MT. Looking for recommendations

Ive Picked up a couple rentals in the Billings Area. Not to impressed with the current PM on one of the buildings. Theres some work that needs to be done to a couple units which opens the opportunity for change. Any recommendations from any Local landlords or Investors would be highly appreciated. Property Managment, Cleaning and Maintenance, Reconstruction/Remodel/Repair.
