• I filed for eviction.....I won the case. They owe me 1.2k....

• They didn’t show up for the case, they Know they are LATE.... THEY KNOW THEY OWE MONEY. They know of EVICTION. As it was posted.... ( legal parts taken care of )

• However, since the process takes up to 50-60 days until they leave/ sheriff comes...

• I have been asking them for payments, every single day, they have given some payments every now and then.

• I am collecting my final payment today, they will still owe around 750.00 - but they may be paying without the understanding that they are STILL getting KICKED out.

• Is this ethical? ( they owe me money, i have a right to the lease agreement and the funds owed )

• Have you collected rent prior to evicting the tenant or even during the eviction process?

• HELP ME! YES I KNOW THE STATES HAVE DIFFERENT LAWS. HELP ME WITH YOUR GENERAL EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE. Do not leave cocky or snarky comments, as that helps NO ONE. Lol thanks

Do courts set up payment plans? For the tenants

Courts are not in the business of collections.  The reality is, you have a very small chance of collecting on a judgement
