Hi everyone,

I am a real estate investor in San Diego. I am ready for my next investment (buy and hold) but am still evaluating the timing and also narrowing down on the location and type.  Is San Diego market waiting for a correction/turn down? 🤔

I am also interested to meet other real estate investors in San Diego with at least 10 rentals so I can learn from them. Please share your though.
