Shipping container property

Hello BP!

I am across a fourplex made from shipping containers. It looked nice inside from the pictures. I am curious if anyone owns property made out of shipping containers, if so what are the advantages/disadvantages compared to traditional properties? Do you find this type of property to be harder rent, sell, finance etc?
