How much rent can I realistically get for a 5 bed / 2,5 bath

Hi I am about to purchase a 5 bed 2 bath about 2000 sq ft no pool in lone mountain vegas.

Not sure whether to trust my agent that says they can rent it out for 2100. But I called a property management company and they said more like 1500-1700 per month. My PITI would be about 1400.

Property is in decent shape. But, not sure whether to trust this agent. He ( not naming any names ) that he will rent it out for me for 1000 dollars and vet the tenants. I asked about property management . He said " are you kidding me you don't need it ". So, probably, a no deal. But, just wanted to know the forums opinion. I am out of state so I will need a property manager or at least a handy man I can reply on before closing this deal and it seems like the rent " he " quoted was off. But, just wanted to know the forums take on it.
