    Definitely do it. There are many people doing very well with Real estate investing. Read "Rich Dad Poor Dad" if you haven't already. Look for the top real estate books and start reading them and information here on BP.

    Join a local real estate club if you can and try and find a local mentor.

    Set some goals and don't be afraid to jump in soon. Don't wait a year or 5 to start.
