should I have a LLC for each property? Will a CPA help me start?
We are just starting out and trying to get organized. We’ve heard that protecting yourself with LLCs are a must, but I’m looking for more information in relation to the topic. We are also in the process of finding a CPA to help keep us keep on track. Should we depend on our CPA to direct us in regards to starting LLCs? Should each property have their own? Should each be linked to their own bank account? Any information on the subject would help.....I can think better when I’m organized!!!

@Sean Tippens I would highly suggest meeting with a CPA or real estate lawyer. If you can find a CPA who is also an investor themselves, that is the real package deal!
Best of luck!
