Best site/app to Find/Hire Maintenance Person for Repair

What is the best website or app to find and hire maintenance people (likely job-by-job) for repairs (leaking sinks, etc.)?

I am thinking something the line of Jetty.com but for maintenance instead of renters insurance.  I'd love to integrate with a website or app so that I can pass maintenance requests out of RentRedi to the website/app and have repair people bid and be hired for the repair (hopefully be national).  I'm interested in knowing if anyone has used any such websites/apps and how your experience was.
