Rain Water Issue with rental unit.
Just looking for others thoughts on an issue.
Rental property is a Single Family Home built on a concrete slab. Due to unusually heavy rains the ground became saturated with excessive water which soaked through the slab and into a corner of the master bedroom. This made the corner so wet that when the laminate floor was pressed on the seams water water would come through. Tenant calls the Property Manager with this issue.
What should be expected from the PM?
