Simplisafe promo code??

Trying to get Simplisafe for a new, vacant property.  Anyone know the promo code or the url that has the discount they mention in the podcasts??  

Also, does anyone have feedback regarding the monitoring?  Our property will be in a remodel phase for a month before it is rent ready.  Then will be vacant till a tenant is found.  So I thought a monitoring system would be great.  The house will not have internet service and I would like to stop the monthly monitoring until needed again at another vacant property.  It sounds like simplisafe would be perfect.
