Should we do 15 or 30 year mortgage?
Hello BP family!! I'm new to real estate investment. In a process of getting a condo, that's 2bd/2ba for 113k. I keep finding myself going back and forth between 15 or 30 year mortgage. I want to do 15 year so when my kids go to college I can sell it and lower interest rate, but the downside is very minimum cash flow. On the other hand, 30 year mortgage takes longer to pay off and higher interest rate but great cash flow every month. What do you guys think?
