Married Property Management Agreement

Duane Mallory
Posted

My wife signed a Property Management Agreement with a property manager for our single family home.  Both of our names are on the Property Management Agreement.  I (husband) did not sign the form.

The Property manager told my wife she needed to sign for the amount we needed to charge the tenets moving in.  My wife didn't know she was signing a contract for an additional year with the property manager.  My wife signed the document via docusign online.

Is this Property Management Agreement valid?  My name is on contract but there is no signature by my name.
