Looking to start some investments in FL. Markets including; Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville. Ran into a PM company, Warner Quinlan. They seem professional and knowledgeable. Have a lot of mixed reviews, which is common for PMs. Just wondering if anyone has had any personal deals done with these guys?
