A Tale of 4 Cities.............turnkeys
It seems the most common low cost turnkey properties are in,
Cleveland, Detroit, Memphis & Indianapolis
Which has the lowest taxes ?
Which has the greatest potential for increase in value ?
Which has the biggest selection of property types ?
Which one is your preference and why ?
Would anyone care to add another city to the list ?

@Stuart Smith. Single family is best for memphis. You can do single family or multi in Cleveland. Memphis probably has slightly lower property taxes.
These markets are pretty much all the same, it’s really just where you prefer and where you can build a better team.
I will say specifically if you want turnkey that’s probably better off in memphis, as there are a lot of great providers there
