Need Help with Creating a Lease Agreement
Hello Fellow BP Members,
My very first property, a 2-flat, is well on its way to closing the sale. I was going to hire a property manager but last minute changed my mind! So now I need to come up with a lease agreement between tonight and early tomorrow morning! I have been looking up all day trying to find resources online that I could copy and I'm struggling to do so.
1. I need the current Illinois residential lease agreement, I thought I found it but I have no idea if it's current.
2. Do you have any addendums that you have a lot of success with that you wouldn't mind sharing with me? If so, please pm me.
