House hacking (room rentals)

Hello BiggerPockets!! Much love to @davidgreene and the whole BP community. So the reason for my post today is that I just recently purchased my first deal. It is a 7bd/2bth in Portland,OR and I am renting all the rooms out except the one I’m living in. I have each individual person on a lease that includes the bills(electric up to $200). So the problem I’m running into is that due to it being winter time the bills are really stacking up. Which is fine but it is just making for a lot of extra work for me. Because I’m having to bill each person for the electric overage and also we hire a cleaning lady each month and I have to bill out for that. So basically my question is does anyone know of any software or apps that can help me manage this billing or just an easier way to do this? Or just any tips for room renting at all? Aside from all of that I love my new house hack it’s great and it has proven to be very profitable. Thanks again BP!!!!
