As Landlords we face an uphill battle with tenant rules and laws.

What are the top 5 laws or regulations you would like to see changed?

-3 notice to evict. 14 days till eviction from nonpayment
-evicted tenants have to move their stuff, not us or we get to bill them for the cost.
-no 10 property max for financing
-6 month holding cost per property for financing goes away
-no rent control in any city.
