Video cameras in property

Hello Fellow investors,

Can you share your experience of pros and cons for installing video camera on multi-family apartment complex?

Property i am taking over has a problem of homeless, outsiders dumping garbage, and violation of apartment rules. 

Can you recommend any vendors that i can use to install video cameras in Sacramento area ?
