Do you still need a paper application when using Cozy screening?

Hi, working on screening my first rental applicants and I wanted to see if I should gather additional info from applicants even if I have them go through the screening on Cozy?  I would want past rental history and income info, should I have them fill out a paper copy as well? Thanks! Any recommendations would be appreciated!
