Firing Rental Management Company and Leaving Tenants in Place

I am leaving my current Property Management Company on a single-family rental to start doing the landlord side of the business myself. They are insisting on doing a move-out inspection (with the home completely empty and cleaned), but I am going to leave my current tenants in place. Is there a way I can tell them nicely that the tenants are staying, no inspection needed, and they should receive their full deposit back?

@Matthew Rosebaugh they probably want to do the inspection so you can't come back and blame them for problems in the future. Just type up a document that says you are taking the property back, leaving the tenants in place, and releasing the PM from any and all liability from the day of termination.
