Two questions... Is it legal to just email crp forms in Minnesota?

Anyone have a good process for doing this? The dept of rev form cant be saved with changes. So one would have to print/ scan/ email. Is there a good online/ program anyone has used? I wish buildium had this feature. Maybe they do??

@Joseph Hammel I just emailed 72 of them yesterday.  I request a reply so that I know they got them.  I print to PDF as John said with a signature on the editable version so that my finished version did not require print then scan.  In the past, I did print & sign each one but at 72 it takes a long time do each one.
