First Property in Shaker Hieghts Cleveland!

Hello All!

First post here :) I guess I should make this an introduction as well. My name is Jason and I live in San Jose, CA. I just bought my first property in Shaker Heights Cleveland, a duplex. (Yeah it's a little far but I have a lot of friends in the area).

I got a great deal on it, it's all paid for free and clear, and the neighborhood is pretty decent. It needs some minor rehab work which I am taking care of and should be done within a month. For the price I paid, and the money I will be into the property, my ROI should be pretty quick once I have renters in place (6-8 mos).

I've done a lot of research and have targeted the areas I want to invest in out there. I'm a network engineer by trade and make a very nice living, I live extremely well below my means, which means I will have quite a lot of capital to play with out there :D

I've read so much on real estate investment over the past 10 years, and am finally excited to have gotten into it.

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on good property management companies in the area? As this will be the first of several properties I plan on investing in out there.
