list of deposit deductions?

Does anyone have a rough list of deposit deductions that are typical to withhold? Not needing large item repairs but things like basic cleaning, burned out light bulbs, dirty air filters, replacing stove burner trays, cleaning a filthy fridge or oven, etc.

Thanks!

Are you allowed to deduct for your own labor? I don't, and in some areas you're not allowed to. I deduct for actual expenses only. If there's a receipt, I deduct it. If not, I don't. For example, if I replace a mini-blind, they get charged for the blind but not for my labor to replace it. Were I to pay a handyman to do it, I would charge for the labor, too. But for something small like this, I'll spend as much time hiring the handyman as just replacing the blind.
