Property manager in Chattanooga

Hello fellow Tennesseans!

I’m looking for a contact of a well-qualified property manager in the Chattanooga area.

My business partner and I are from the Middle TN area and have been looking at several properties in the Chattanooga area. I’m seeing a bunch of homes that would appear to have solid cash flow, however, I don’t want to buy in a war zone. I’d be ok if it were a blue collar neighborhood, but just wanted to drop an address or two by someone who lives there.

I’d also be wanting to use that property manager for the business.

Any help would be VERY much appreciated.
