Buildium is NOT intuitive
Started using buildium with our property management group. I find this system to be VERY counter intuitive. I have called a couple of times seeking information, and if I ask more than one question the consultant immediately steers me to the education center to watch videos. I am ready to ditch buildium and am currently considering Cozy. Thoughts?

@Lisa Zimmerman how many units are you managing? If it's more than ~100, then maybe look at some other options like Appfolio. Between 50-100 then your best bang for the buck will still be Buildium. Cozy is probably only appropriate for small self-managing landlords.
I've been a Buildium customer for years now and I find it to be pretty intuitive. I do think it takes too many clicks and navigating through windows to get simple tasks accomplished.
I'm also not thrilled they just jacked prices again.
