Tree Branch Fell on a clients Car

I own a commercial property in California, part of the commercial property is leased to a restaurant. On Friday of last week, there was some winds in the area and a tree branch with some pinecones fell on the car and did some damage to one of the cars which was parked on the street. The tree is on my property and some of the branches hang out on to the street. Am I responsible for paying to get the car to get fixed? Is the owner of the car? Or my tenant? I believe the car owner's auto insurance should cover this.
