Family rental vs belongings vs time spent at residence

My sister moved her stuff into my house on November 1st. It is now January 1st. We agreed to $175 a month. She has been physically there for a total of 2 or 3 weeks out of the 2 months. She paid the first months rent when she moved in. Since her stuff has been there for the 2 months, do I charge her the second months rent?
