Online rent collection

I am currently using cozy to accept rent and utility payments. The issue I am having is cozy let's the tenant make partial payments on rent and utilities and there is no way to set it up so that the tenant can only make full payment of a charge. Can someone recommend a solution or maybe an alternative online rent collection?
