Another day, another no show

So, I’m hanging out at my duplex waiting for another prospective tenant that isn’t showing up for their appointment. I prescreen, which cuts down drastically on no shows and people that do not meet the rental criteria. But, I still get about 50% no shows. I do “bunch up” appointments, so it doesn’t waste as much of my time as it used to. And a no call, no show gets them eliminated. No second appointments. Alas, it’s a part of managing my own rentals I guess. Good thing my rentals are close to where I live.
