Online Tenant Payment via Debit Card

I have several tenants requesting the option to pay online rather than sending in or bringing money orders, checks, cash etc. to the office.  Most of them seem to want to use a debit card rather than their routing and account number for automatic withdrawal.  Is there a good company that would allow the tenants to pay with card (maybe AS WELL AS with routing and account number depending on the tenant)??

Venmo allows you to use a bank account or debit card for free (they'd charge 3% fee if using a credit card).  Cozy is free if you use a bank account, but charge the tenant a 2.75% fee if using a debit or credit card.

So there are options.  Both are good services.
