Advice on choosing company for PTAC HVAC Replacement in NYC

Hi All, 

Does anyone have experience working with Lion Enterprises or Sigma Air Condition to replace PTAC units in Manhattan? I was quoted ~$2,100 for an Ice Air 8RSK18 unit. Lion Enterprises offers a 5 year compressor warranty but has poor Yelp reviews and Sigma offers 4 year compressor warranty with only 1 Yelp review. Neither option is jumping out as a winner so any thoughts or experience in choosing HVAC units and installers would be greatly appreciated! 

Also, how do I mitigate the risk of getting refurbished equipment vs. new? Thank you!
