Rental properties in Tampa
I'm brand new to real estate investing and looking for insight on rental properties in Tampa FL. I live in Texas and still paying on my current home that I live in.
Would like to get my first rental in Tampa because the property taxes are lower in FL than in TX and may eventually move there in 6-10 years.
Considering starting with $50k max down payment and $250k max purchase price. Focus on single family homes with 3-4 bedrooms.
Any suggestions on my approach or areas to look? Also, any good property managers out there with a reasonable cost?
Any feedback would be appreciated.
