Kicking out an morbidly obese tenant

so...this is a continuation of the thread from about a week ago.

The seller is trying to pass his problem of the morbidly obese tenant to me. Yes, I confirmed with the seller & the agent that she cannot get up on her own.

So that got me thinking about worse case scenarios. Do I end up on TV as the jerk who kicks out some poor disabled person?

Would bringing in the health department do anything?

If the fire department comes in, wouldn't she need a place to relocated to?
