Property Management Software - DIY or Hire Assistant

Hey guys,

So it's getting to the point where I needed to pull the trigger on a PM software. I ended up choosing rent manager. I went through the training and learned the basics but I'm finding I DETEST using it. I was wondering if anyone else ran into the same issue. Did you bull through it and use it anyways? Or did you delegate the task to a part time employee? If you hired on, did you use a local person, or did you hire a VA?

Thanks for any input you can provide
