SFH. 4 adult co-applicants--they seem highly qualified. One of the co-applicants has listed as a co-occupant a person, relationship: sister. The DOB listed shows her as turning 18 years old in September.

Questions:

Can we ask for the ID of a minor to verify identity and age?

Does a 17 year old minor need a guardian in this situation?

Should we ask who the guardian is?

If so, how could we verify it, or does it really matter?

We just want to limit our liability in these increasingly strange times.
