Property with Association to LLC

Hey Guys, Do you know if an association will allow an owner (condo paid off) currently rented (good ROI) to swap ownership into an LLC? I know for fact the association hate the fact we rent it, and i dont wanna ask them about the LLC directly. Any feedback will be appreciated 👍 thanks!
