DeKalb County Property Assessment Appeal question

Property Tax Assessment came out for DeKalb County yesterday and I've appealed before and have been successful. There is a portion when you file the appeal online that ask is the home rented and I put yes, but then it ask for the rental amount. In the past I did so, but as rents expired I've increased rents over the past couple of years. Do you have to tell what rent I'm receiving from the property when you go before the Board of Equalization?
