Rental managment rent pay timeframe

Hey y’all, I have just signed into a contract with my first rental management company to take care of my duplex while I’m deployed. How long does it usually take your company to send the net rent to you on a monthly basis? All I know is my mortgage is due on the 1st, and I haven’t received rent from the company until at least the 10th for the first two months they’ve been managing it. Is this a usual timeframe? Thanks for any answers you can give!
