Disabilities and legal advice?

Hello, my name is Elijah and I am currently in the United States Army, and renting in Yelm, WA. 2 days ago, my wife was in a dirt bike accident, and broke both of her ankles. She will be needing surgery, and then will be stuck at home and to a wheelchair for 2-3 months after surgery. Today, property management called with the official notice that the landlord wants to sell the house we are renting. This is a pretty stressful time for us right now, and are curious if there is any help or loophole to this situation to take some of this weight off of our shoulders. Thank you so much for your time.
