seek advise: rent the house to tenant might use it for business

Hi ! I'm new to this business, and looking for advise.  thanks in advance !

Just got an application that the tenant is a chiropractor. everything looks good from his document. However, I kind of have the feeling that he might start to use my property to doing his chiropractic business. Even though we will have the agreement to state that the property is for residential only. But i still not sure about this. What if he does use it and not telling me? is there any  potential risks ?

your advise is appreciated !
