Converting back to triplex. Kitchen Rehab cost

I’m looking at a house that was previously a triplex.  The family took out 2 kitchens & used them as extra bedrooms.  How much should I estimate to add in two kitchens?  This would be in Louisville, KY (west end) I would be wholesaling it so I want to make sure I don’t underestimate that expense before I make an offer.  Thank you.
