ISO: Quality California RE Investor Associations

I'm looking for legit investor associations in California (anywhere in Cali, no specific location). I know that not all REIAs are created equal. Seems like for every quality REIA, there are 2 lack luster ones in the same market.

If you know of any Cali REIAs that deliver actionable/meaningful/relevant content to their members, and consistently attract serious, experienced investors, please drop them in a comment below. If you can include what city/market they serve and/or a link to their website/meetup group, I'd greatly appreciate it!

On the same note, if you know of any that should be avoided I'd love to know that as well :)
