Refund rent after eviction?
Hello all. We just evicted a tenant with a 3 day notice for criminal activity (we received a letter from the police department about the tenant in our unit). They will be out this afternoon, and have paid for the full month. I have not seen the apartment yet. If it's in good condition, do I refund to them the remainder of the rent? I have done evictions before, but generally for non payment of rent. Help!
